Tax Credit

 

Thank you for your interest in making a Tax Credit donation to Chino Valley Schools. There are a variety of ways to donate.

 

Tax credit limits are $200.00 for an individual and $400.00 for a married couple filing jointly.

 

There are several ways to make a tax credit donation:

 

1. Pay with ease online. Click the button to the right - you can choose where you want your tax credit to be applied and will receive a receipt via email. Please note: the charge will show up on your statement as OSP (Online School Payments).

 

2. Print and fill out the 2025 tax credit form at the button to the right. Once filled out, follow the instructions on the form and drop it off at any school or the district office, or mail it to the address provided on the form.

 

3. In-Person. Visit any school, or the district office, to make your payment by cash, check, or card. You will need to fill out the tax credit form to accompany your payment.
