Non-Discrimination Statement

The Chino Valley Unified School District does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex (including sexual orientation, gender identity and expression), age, disability, veteran or military status, religion, or genetic information in the admission, or access to, treatment or employment in its educational programs or activities.

The Chino Valley Unified School District offers career and technical education programs. It is the policy of CVUSD to not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex (including sexual orientation, gender identity and expression), age, disability, veteran or military status, religion, or genetic information or in its vocational programs, services, activities, or employment practices, and provides equal access. Lack of English language skills will also not be a barrier to admission and participation in Career & Technical Education (CTE) programs.

Inquiries or complaints concerning discrimination may be referred to the District's Compliance Officer.
