Open Enrollment

What is Open Enrollment?
In Arizona, open enrollment allows students to attend a public school outside of their assigned attendance area or district, as long as there's available space. It's a form of school choice that enables families to select a school based on factors like academic programs, specialized services, or proximity to home, rather than solely on their residential address.

Chino Valley Unified District has adopted an Open Enrollment policy in accordance with state law.  The policy is found at this link: Policy JFB

Families with students who reside outside the Chino Valley School District boundaries who wish to enroll in our district need to fill out an open enrollment application.  The completed application should be submitted to the school at which you wish to enroll your child.
