CAMP RULES & POLICIES
Your signature below confirms your understanding of the following camp rules & policies:
1. If a camper misses a day due to illness, it is up to the camp leaders to determine if a make-up day is allowed.
2. Best behavior is expected and all school rules must be followed. If there is an incident, a phone call will be made and possible pick-up may be required without a make-up day allowed.
3. Breakfast and lunch will be provided; however, a camper may bring their own lunch.
4. Please do not have campers bring toys or personal items from home unless they need them. We would hate for things to get lost or broken.
5. Water bottles will be supplied for each camper. Campers can bring their own; however, Cougar Camp is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. We also request that campers have ONLY water in their bottles.
6. School illness and dress code policies will be enforced during Cougar Camp, other than on water days or field trips to the swimming pool.
7. Drop-off time is no earlier than 8:30am and pick-up time is no later than 3:30pm, unless before/after care was purchased.
8. Some themes or agendas may be changed without notice due to supplies, weather, or resources.
9. Camp can be messy, so please make sure campers come in clothing that can get dirty.
10. There will be no nurse on campus, so leaders will only be allowed to give our bandaides.
11. Campers will not be allowed to use electronics during camp time. We understand they may need them for communication; however, we would request they ask permission prior to using. They will not be allowed to take any photos without camp leader approval.
12. Fees are non-refundable.
