SEAC

Superintendent's Employee Advisory Council

The Superintendent has been charged with the responsibility of gaining input from the staff in decisions that impact the working conditions of District employees. As a vehicle to gain input from the staff, a Superintendent's Employee Advisory Council (SEAC) was established and meets on a regular basis.

The SEAC makes every effort to open channels of communication with the staff and to promote, to the greatest extent possible, staff notification of recommended changes in personnel policies, regulations, procedures, budgets, salaries, benefits, insurance and other personnel practices.

The purpose of the SEAC is to act as an advisory council to the Superintendent concerning the personnel policies and regulations that are adopted by the Board and the administration of the District.
